Prune your tree!
Spring is here, which means it's time for gardeners to prune their trees. It keeps them in shape, gets rid of damaged branches, and encourages new growth. And thinning the crown allows more sun to come in. Pruning is vital and helps a tree have a long and healthy life. But this is not a newsletter for gardeners, so why am I mentioning pruning here? Because the analogy to ourselves is striking, isn't it?

Give a lot, expect a lot and if you don't get it, prune.
- Thomas J. Peters

Better to be pruned to grow than cut up to burn.
- John Trapp

Bruno's commentary
In order to remain healthy, we need to prune our life from time to time, eliminating negativity, getting rid of damaging habits, and opening ourselves to the sun -- meaning positive thoughts. This is just as important to us as for the tree. Are you going through a difficult time right now? I'm sure there are positive elements in your life, even if you can't see them at this time. By pruning and getting rid of negativity, you will encourage your positive side to grow and become stronger -- and that will make all the difference!
